Assemble & Install the Flap Handle

Press dowel pin into the flap handle plunger.
Superglue flap button and plunger into the extension.
Gather all pieces, grease moving parts, and assemble.
Install the handle in the fuselage after reaming excess paint from the attach area.

| As you can see, we have left out the roll pin on the top that stops the handle from coming off. Current kits are using bolt/washer/nut combo's instead.
*I should add that we used leftover PEX pipe from our in-floor hangar heating system to make the interior flap handle spacer. One point for creative recycling! |
